Can you send us samples?
Yes, but we don't offer free samples. Samples + shipping have to be
paid for before we ship anything.
How much do samples cost?
Sample prices are slightly higher. Upon placement of an order
we will refund the sample price difference.
Reason being, manufacturer's do not stock merchandise, and
have to go into production on all orders.
Samples are for evaluation purposes
If you need to order a "test market" order, sample prices still apply.
Can you use regular mail to post orders to us?
No. From here in China, the postal system is not like that
of other countries.
Can we pay by Paypal or Credit Cards?
No. Here in China, no credit cards are used. They do not have
a credit system like other countries. Same goes with Paypal.
What terms of payment do you use?
Irrevocable L/C at Site or T/T ( bank wire transfer )

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, all products carry a full 1 year warranty.
Why are your MOQ's so high?
Manufacturer's profits are very low. And only make a profit
through mass production.
Could we place an OEM order to have our products
produced in China?
Buyer's OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) or ODM
(Original Design Manufacturing) projects are welcome.
I am very interested in other products produced in China.
